I’m a Senior Product Designer with experience leading user-centered product design from research to design direction. At Principal Financial Group, I conduct research to understand user needs, motivations, behaviours, and pain points, then translate that insight into intuitive information architectures and engaging experiences. I also facilitate and collaborate with business and technical teams, clearly communicating design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and clients.

I’ve designed end-to-end product experiences as a Product Designer through freelancing with Guidepost, taking concepts from ideation to final delivery. I ideate, test, and collaborate to ensure successful product shipment—staying focused on quality and usability while working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a UI Designer for Delivery Command in Sydney, collaborating with marketing and development teams. I redesigned the UI for the tracking interface and app, managed branding and graphic material, and learned and applied UI craft using Figma—strengthening my ability to deliver polished, accessible interfaces with strong interaction design and personalization.
