I'm building Willo.life, an AI-driven consumer technology product, where I shape the MVP, customer journey, onboarding concepts, positioning, and lifecycle messaging from early user research and feedback.

I founded and scaled ATIPICO Barcelona, a 150-seat hospitality and events business that reached $1M+ in annual revenue. I led a 25-person team, delivered 500+ events, and owned the customer experience from acquisition and onboarding through issue resolution, loyalty, and repeat business.

I also run Casual__Media, developing digital and social strategies, content plans, and community engagement programmes while adapting messaging from campaign performance and audience feedback. My earlier work spans high-touch client service at Michelin-starred Sorrel, digital content quality at TikTok, workplace operations at HP, and marketing communications at music-technology company Mogees.

Across customer success, client services, digital marketing, and product growth, I turn customer insights and performance data into clear actions. I work comfortably with senior stakeholders and international teams in French, English, and Spanish.
