What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities where I can support healthcare operations through accurate health information management, medical coding, compliance, customer service, and process improvement while continuing to grow toward CPC certification and human resources development.

At Indian Oaks Living Center, I manage confidential patient records, assign ICD-10 and CPT codes, and conduct documentation audits to support accurate billing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.

I collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and administrative teams to maintain complete healthcare documentation, data integrity, and workflow improvements. I also coordinate medical supply inventory, purchasing, and vendor communications.

Previously at Liberator Medical Supply, I processed high-volume patient orders and billing requests while resolving insurance, shipping, and account concerns through Salesforce, Zendesk, and healthcare systems. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Development and working toward CPC certification.
