I’m looking for a people-first role where I can manage appointments and client inquiries, stay highly organized, and support a team through strong communication—using my scheduling, customer service, and multitasking skills to help customers feel taken care of.

I’m a Professional, Detailed, Passionate Front Desk Professional who helps create a welcoming salon experience. I manage appointments, greet clients, and answer phone calls and emails professionally while keeping client inquiries handled efficiently.

Before this, I worked as a Task Associate where I assisted with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management, and supported customers by helping them locate products and providing product recommendations. Earlier, as a Machine Operator, I monitored equipment performance, reported mechanical issues, and collaborated with my team to improve workflow and productivity.

I’ve built my customer service and communication strengths through hands-on experience and my Cosmetology Trade education. With a Michigan Cosmetology License and CPR Certification, I bring calm professionalism, strong organization, and client-focused care to every interaction.
