I’m a creative, driven beauty professional with four years of experience as both an Esthetician and Hairstylist. I build strong client relationships through consultative service and exceptional customer care.

In my current role as a Hairstylist/Assistant, I provide thorough consultations to understand clients’ needs and deliver the results they’re looking for. I manage appointment scheduling and client communications, while educating clients on products and services to support satisfaction and maximize rebook rates.

Previously, as an Esthetician and Laser Tech, I developed client relationships that led to high retention and repeat bookings. I promoted skincare products and treatment plans, generated consistent retail sales, and maintained detailed client records while coordinating appointments.

I’ve also supported salon operations as a Front Desk Receptionist, handling greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and completing administrative paperwork. I’m eager to bring my hands-on industry experience, organization, and customer service focus to a team that values quality and growth.
