At Sportradar, I managed end-to-end onboarding for Sportsbook, Casino, and Virtuals integrations, from kick-off through go-live. I created runbooks, FAQs, checklists, and process templates to support consistent delivery readiness.
I also built and rolled out an internal knowledge and AI-agent platform for the delivery team. Its governed agents support FAQ, process, and troubleshooting workflows with source-of-truth rules and auditable answer standards.
As Engineering Team Lead, I owned delivery across multiple programmes and coordinated cross-functional squads working on regulated iGaming launches and platform migration. I also brought Online Casino live on a production-critical platform, coordinating provider integrations, game content, configuration, and release readiness.
I managed the full people lifecycle for a team of up to 10 engineers, including onboarding, performance reviews, and career development. Alongside my delivery work, I'm designing Muandarina Gincanas, a location-based scavenger hunt platform, and hold an MBA and Certified Scrum Master certification.
