I'm focused on advancing in Cloud and Cloud Native technologies, combining my Windows infrastructure background with hands-on Azure, Kubernetes, SRE, and observability work in critical enterprise environments.

I've supported critical enterprise environments at Casas Bahia, Fresenius Medical Care, and Banco Mercantil do Brasil, improving availability, performance, and stability across Azure, Windows Server, Kubernetes, and observability platforms.

At Casas Bahia, I troubleshoot infrastructure and application incidents using Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, and Elastic while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams on Cloud Native evolution. My foundation in Active Directory, IIS, PowerShell, SCCM/MECM, virtualization, backup, and high-availability operations helps me connect established Microsoft infrastructure with modern SRE practices.
