At NTT DATA, I work across Partner Engagement, Workflow, and Middleware initiatives for a life insurance client, connecting partner-facing processes to core systems. I analyze API flows and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

At PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, I owned requirements and backlog prioritization for a SaaS innovation management platform. I delivered 21+ features across six sprints, with a 91% sprint completion rate, and helped improve page load speed by about 30%.

At PT Amber Solusi Internasional (Ambersof), I led product and business analysis across digital initiatives, including an AI-powered recruitment platform and an automated meditation-session workflow. I translated business problems into product requirements and contributed to 0→1 product design and system enhancements.
