I’m a client and community experience specialist with 15+ years of experience in client relationship management and hospitality-driven environments. I’m known for excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate needs to deliver high-quality service.

Since 2017, I’ve worked as an Agency Account Strategist (Google Ads), supporting Google Ad Partners and Premier Agencies. I manage a $3mil+ portfolio value, develop marketing initiatives to boost sales, and provide personalized support that keeps client experiences strong and consistent.

I run regular meetings and training sessions to improve engagement and client satisfaction, and I resolve issues efficiently, including technical and operational challenges. My approach is collaborative—partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and service delivery, while tailoring recommendations to client goals and business needs.

Earlier in my career, I built community through roles as an Online English Teacher / Recruiter / Coordinator, and as a Business Development Manager recruiting international experts for major donors, including the EU & World Bank. I also bring hands-on front-desk guest management experience from hospitality roles in Antalya, Turkey—and I stay driven by creating welcoming, connected environments where people feel supported and productive.
