I’m seeking customer experience, customer success, remote support, or client services work, with the flexibility to contribute to global asynchronous teams or provide on-site customer success in Nigeria.

At De Blessed Lounge, I handled customer inquiries across phone, email, and front-desk channels, processed reservations, and maintained guest and financial records. I also de-escalated complaints in collaboration with executive management.
