I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with over three decades of experience in customer service and administrative roles. My journey began in 1991, where I honed my skills as a Frontliner in several 5-star hotels in Bali and Surabaya, and later as a Personal Assistant in the EXIM company. My current role as a Personal Assistant to the Owner of a company supplying diesel fuel to nickel mining operations has further strengthened my expertise in communication, organization, and client management.

Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered exceptional service and effective operational support. My roles have equipped me with a strong foundation in Customer Relationship Management, Email & Calendar Management, Admin Task & File Management, and Travel Management. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to contribute to professional settings that value organization and client satisfaction.
