I'm leading clinical operations and quality systems at Africa Medical Centre of Excellence, supporting governance, digital health implementation, performance dashboards, SOP compliance, and service improvement across a cardiovascular and theatre directorate.

Previously at Society for Family Health, I led multi-state paediatric HIV and PMTCT interventions across 50 facilities, strengthened the capacity of more than 200 frontline workers, and improved outcomes for women, adolescents, and children by 30% through adaptive management and performance monitoring.

My work spans maternal and child health, HIV/PMTCT, emergency obstetric care, workforce development, clinical governance, and donor-funded programme delivery. At Plan International Nigeria, I led a US$500,000 MNCH pilot, helped institutionalize a Lagos State-supported ambulance framework, and trained 44 emergency obstetric first responders with 87% competency retention.

As a medical doctor and public health specialist, I bring over 15 years of experience translating data, technical assistance, supportive supervision, and stakeholder partnerships into stronger health systems across Nigeria and West Africa.
