What I'm looking for

I seek a mid-level support role in a collaborative company where I can apply bilingual technical support, troubleshooting, and account management skills while growing professionally.

I am a bilingual (English and French) customer service and technical support professional with experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. I have worked in roles that required inbound/outbound calls, ticketing, account creation and termination, and hands-on troubleshooting.

At Accenture Technology Center Philippines I supported agents and users with password resets, account provisioning, Active Directory tasks, ServiceNow ticketing, SAP account actions, and desktop troubleshooting. I managed folder paths and handled termination of agent accounts while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Previously, I provided French technical support at Telus International for Smart Home Security, diagnosing network and equipment faults, assisting with repairs, and using portals and diagnostic tools. I also worked with Zendesk at Transcosmos supporting Fossil watch customers with orders, repairs, and documenting financial transactions.

I hold a BA in English Literature with a minor in Educational Psychology and bring strong communication, problem-solving, and report-preparation skills. I am goal-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable, seeking opportunities to contribute through hard work and teamwork.
