I’m a Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 5+ years of experience building scalable reporting systems, automated data workflows, and commercial analytics solutions across e-commerce and technology industries. I focus on SQL-driven analytics that improve data reliability, optimize reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

In my recent role as a Business Intelligence Engineer (SkinSeoul, Remote), I built and maintained reporting infrastructure and analytics datasets for acquisition, retention, and fulfillment monitoring. I integrated Order, Fulfillment, and CRM APIs into BigQuery using ETL/ELT workflows, resolved GA4/GTM tracking issues, and automated reporting workflows with BigQuery and n8n—reducing manual workload by ~70%.

Before that, I worked as a Data Analyst (Sociolla / Social Bella Indonesia) and a Sales Analyst and Data Specialist across the commercial and marketing data stack. I delivered SKU-level dashboards, segmentation and cohort analysis, and experiment-ready funnel insights (A/B testing), while improving pipeline latency and tracking accuracy—turning complex event and campaign data into clear actions for leadership and cross-functional teams.
