On the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) capstone project, I coordinated project management activities for a multi-person team, breaking a complex research project into clear action steps and timelines.
I liaised with federal program stakeholders and faculty advisors to define requirements, scope, and objectives. I also analyzed program data across 5 U.S. territories and 40+ benchmarks to identify risks and gaps, then presented the project outcomes to 9 federal stakeholders.
At Citywide Health Insurance Access (OCHIA), NYC Department of Social Services, I coordinated activities across public benefits programs and tracked tasks related to a 50,000+ record dataset. Earlier, as an HR Intern at National Testing Service (NTS), I coordinated documentation and tracking systems across 200+ records.
