I want to stay in SLA-driven Level 2–3 application and SQL support, owning incident triage, log/root-cause work, and production-safe data corrections. I’m excited to collaborate closely with developers and improve systems with automation and clear documentation.

I’m a Technical Support Specialist focused on SQL support and incident resolution in SLA-driven environments. I provide Level 2–3 technical and functional support for enterprise HR applications, managing incidents in Zendesk and collaborating with development teams to resolve complex production issues.

I’m comfortable doing production-safe troubleshooting and data investigation—analyzing logs for root causes and performing advanced Microsoft SQL Server data corrections with complex queries (JOIN, UPDATE, DELETE). I also execute SQL scripts to fix application bugs, generate custom reports, and support data validation and integrity in live systems.

Beyond support work, I built a scalable IT infrastructure monitoring platform (DIIP) using Python and FastAPI, with automated network discovery (Nmap), REST APIs, SQL Server for indexed query performance, and real-time dashboards and alerting. I value clear documentation, operational manuals, and knowledge sharing—so teams stay efficient when incidents happen.
