At RK GROUP, I manage brand work across company brands and projects, including positioning, content, and website design for Bergamo and a farm stay. I grew RK Group's LinkedIn following from 1,860 to 23,000.

I also support the Founder with office operations and cross-functional coordination. For office interior projects, I manage budgets and coordinate architects, vendors, and contractors.

With the Handloom Department Kashmir, I designed and marketed a Kani weaving cluster under the NHDC Project, delivering 4–6 designs monthly and training artisans in multiple batches under SMARTH. I also coordinated between administration and departments, and engaged buyers through market visits.

My work has included documenting craft processes with AIACA, training artisans and students at HELP FOUNDATION KASHMIR, and coordinating a pilot project for 50 women at GUILD FOR SERVICE. I founded Tubruk Social Enterprise and care about sustainable rural livelihoods and preserving traditional craftsmanship.
