Insane Vipin User

At Language and Learning Foundation, I manage Foundational Literacy and Numeracy interventions across 100 government primary schools in Jagdalpur block.

I build monitoring systems using MS Excel, Google Sheets, SurveyCTO, and classroom observation dashboards to collect, clean, analyze, and report program data.

I work alongside Cluster Academic Coordinators, teachers, school leaders, BEOs, and BRCs to conduct school visits, review performance, and turn findings into improvement plans. I also facilitate review meetings, academic meetings, and student learning assessments.

Previously at ChildFund India, I supported community-led child development initiatives through village meetings, awareness campaigns, stakeholder engagement, field documentation, and project monitoring. I bring a community-focused approach to improving education, learning outcomes, and program implementation.
