At Ogwus Youth Empowerment and Community Development Organization (OYECDO), I coordinate programmes in youth empowerment, education, gender equality, and governance. I prepare donor reports and proposals, and integrate safeguarding and GEDSI across activities.
Through menstrual health programming, I reached 200+ adolescent girls with dignity kits. I also coordinated environmental advocacy campaigns under the Clean Rivers Initiative.
At Search for Common Ground, I conducted focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and household surveys for an endline evaluation of peacebuilding interventions. I supported data validation, analysis, and reporting on outcomes related to violence reduction.
At RURCON Nigeria, I supported donor-funded peacebuilding and humanitarian programmes, including data collection and MEAL processes. As an independent researcher, I study youth inclusion, governance, and conflict dynamics and produce policy briefs and technical reports.
