I lead custom synthesis and process development conversations at Orbiton Life Science, translating client inquiries and RFQs into scientific proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and deliverable plans.

Previously, I managed R&D project portfolios at Roshel Laboratories and led API chemistry workflows at GlaxoSmithKline, including process development, impurity synthesis, purification optimization, GMP-driven documentation, and scale-up from milligram to kilogram quantities.

My Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and research background span heterocyclic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, SAR, molecular docking, biological evaluation, and published work on carbazole synthesis. I also guide students on science careers, resume building, interviews, and industry opportunities.
