What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve customer outcomes through SaaS onboarding, product adoption, retention, technical issue resolution, automation, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

At Regnology, I serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, manage support ticket queues, and coordinate escalations to keep time-sensitive issues moving toward resolution.

Previously at MindTickle Interactive Media, I managed customer lifecycles through CRM and customer success platforms, monitored customer health and usage to mitigate churn risk, and resolved technical issues across email, chat, and phone. I also partnered with Product and Engineering teams, translated client feedback into product inputs, and created self-service documentation for customer enablement.

I've developed automation scripts and API integrations to optimize customer workflows, supported by hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Postman API, Salesforce, HubSpot, AWS, and troubleshooting.
