What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead operations and finance in a growing organization—owning credit/underwriting processes, financial and budget reporting, and compliance—while improving workflows through data-driven process design and strong team leadership.

I’m an operations and finance professional with 8+ years of experience across fintech, government, and energy. I bring an analytical, adaptable approach to work that spans financial reporting, operational process design, and team management.

As Co-Founder & COO of CredLine, I lead operations, hiring, and compliance for a team of up to 10. I also designed end-to-end credit underwriting and customer onboarding processes from scratch, while driving business development, product strategy, and financial reporting alongside my co-founder.

Previously, I served as a Finance & Budget Analyst for Edo State Government, delivering financial analysis and budget reporting to support government programme delivery. Earlier, at Onus Petroleum, I produced monthly and year-end financial reports, monitored expenditure, supported business planning for senior management, and strengthened my foundations with a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin.
