I've supported HIV/AIDS, MNCH, VMMC, and COVID-19 health programmes for Pact Zambia's USAID ZIH Project, John Snow Inc.'s USAID SAFE Project, and Jhpiego at Kitwe Teaching Hospital. I turn facility and programme data into accurate reports, dashboards, and evidence for district, Ministry of Health, and donor decision-making.
I work across SmartCare Legacy, Plus and Pro, DHIS2, KoboToolbox, Power BI, Stata, SPSS, SAS, and Excel, with hands-on experience in digital data collection, database management, report validation, and data visualisation. I conduct routine Data Quality Assessments, apply QA/QI methods, and track ART, HTS, PMTCT, VMMC, viral load, and HMIS indicators.
I've also mentored facility staff, led data review meetings, supported harmonisation efforts, and strengthened reporting compliance through practical capacity building.
