I am a detail-oriented and analytical Demographer with over 4 years of progressive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), specializing in data collection, analysis, and dissemination. My work has primarily supported public health programs, particularly in HIV/AIDS interventions, where I have demonstrated proven expertise in high-quality data management and program performance tracking.

Throughout my career, I have adeptly utilized national data systems such as DHIS2, SmartCare, and DATIM to ensure accurate data entry and reporting. My role as an Assistant Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at CDC-CoAg has allowed me to conduct monthly Data Quality Assessments and generate performance reports that inform decision-making and improve health outcomes.
