What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own clean, timely health data for decision-making—using DHIS2/SmartCare, strong data quality checks, and mentorship—to improve ART follow-up and reporting performance in a supportive team.

I’m a highly motivated registered member of the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association, and I bring over 8 years of work experience across administration, IT support, and Monitoring and Evaluation. I’m a team player who strengthens health programs by turning messy information into reliable insights that teams can act on.

In my current role as a PACT Strategic Information Assistant, I keep SmartCare updated daily for 2800+ active ART clients and supported facilities, while maintaining strong appointment systems to identify and flag potential Interruption in Treatment early. I prepare daily client lists for viral load bleeding, clinical visits, and pharmacy refills, supporting a 95%+ appointment adherence rate at the facility.

I consistently protect data quality before submission by running my own verification checks and reconciling HMIS reports with DHIS2 instances. I lead monthly data review meetings with facility staff, mentor staff to improve SmartCare drug collection tracking, and help close performance gaps on key indicators—stepping in to prepare and present district hub meeting performance data when my line manager is absent.

Previously, I supported HIV/AIDS data management at John Snow Incorporated (JSI/SAFE) as Strategic Information Assistant and Senior Strategic Information Assistant, where I analysed and cleaned HIV data in DHIS2 and pivots, coordinated reporting and transmissions of key indicators, and built capacity in data use and supervision for facility staff. Earlier roles included data capturing and mother/child reporting support using SmartCare systems, plus IT helpdesk and end-user support, which strengthened my attention to accuracy, troubleshooting, and data governance.
