I’m a customer-focused worker with hands-on experience in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment, where I handle customers confidently and keep service moving. I’m dependable, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality support every shift.

In my customer service role, I take orders, attend to customers, and process an average of 300+ orders per shift. I also operate cash registers, manage drive-thru orders efficiently, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety and sanitation standards.

I’ve learned how to de-escalate quickly and stay professional with customers under pressure. When people are stressed, I calm them down, foster positive interactions, and resolve concerns to reduce conflict and keep the experience respectful.

Before and alongside this work, I’ve been self-employed babysitting (informal) since 2022, caring for up to 3 children aged 3–10. I’m patient and responsible—engaging kids with arts and crafts, outdoor play, and homework help, while preparing nutritious meals, ensuring safety, and handling conflicts in a calm, attentive way.
