What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an analytical commercial or sales operations role where I can improve CRM data quality, build performance reporting, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and turn insight into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.

I've owned data integrity, KPI reporting, and workflow improvement across Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and Guy's Hospital, using patient management systems to produce reliable performance insight, identify bottlenecks, and recommend action to senior stakeholders.

Alongside my BSc in Data Analytics and Digital Business, I've used Python and pandas to analyse large datasets, built reporting outputs, and developed commercial strategy recommendations through university consulting work. As President of BuddyUp Society, I track campaign performance, lead weekly accountability reviews, and use engagement data to shape strategy.
