What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can manage schedules, coordinate teams, and deliver clear reporting. I want to support digital transformation through workflow optimization, dependable communication, and on-time execution in fast-paced environments.

I’m a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager / Virtual Operations Assistant with experience managing projects, schedules, and communications across multiple teams. I manage day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings, prepare weekly reports, and maintain shared project dashboards between clients and developers. I also support social media and content planning tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Previously, I provided administrative and technical support as a Data Analyst Tutor (NYSC), handling schedules, course materials, and communications via LMS and Google Workspace while maintaining reports on student progress. Earlier, as a Project Management Intern, I supported on-site project activities including contractor coordination, progress tracking, drawing reviews, and requirements analysis—building strong foundations in document control, vendor management, and construction workflows.
