I’m looking for an HR role where I can own recruitment through onboarding, manage payroll and employee relations, build HR dashboards, and ensure full labor-law compliance—while growing within a supportive, process-driven team.

I’m a Human Resources professional with 5 years of experience across all HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations. I combine organization and confidentiality with a clear focus on supporting both people and business success.

In my current role as a Human Resource officer at SPA YALIDINE EL DJAZAIR TLEMCEN, I manage the full recruitment cycle—from drafting job descriptions and screening candidates to conducting interviews. I prepare employment contracts, oversee onboarding, and maintain HR documentation and confidential employee files.

Previously at SIH Renaissance Tlemcen Hotel – Marriott International, I oversaw daily HR operations to ensure compliance with Marriott policies and local labor laws. I handled recruitment across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Administration, administered payroll/attendance/leave, and supported staff engagement aligned with “TakeCare.”

Earlier roles strengthened my breadth, from HR operations and regulatory registers to dispute handling and social compliance with CNAS and ANEM.
