What I'm looking for

I'm looking for full-time or contract AI engineering work, on site or remote, where I can build and validate production systems across computer vision, predictive maintenance, LLM workflows, and industrial or operational use cases.

At Ciments du Maroc (Heidelberg Materials), I build computer vision and predictive-maintenance systems for cement operations. My kiln blockage advisory system raised an alarm 5 hours 26 minutes before shutdown with zero false alarms in historical replay, where a single avoided blockage is estimated at $200k.

I work end to end: models, APIs, interfaces, deployment, and the deterministic replay, golden-file regression, and injected-fault tests that prove systems work before operators depend on them. I’m extending plant monitoring across kiln support bearings, cooling circuits, and other stations using LSTM forecasting and 24-channel thermal monitoring.

I also build RAG systems with verifiable citations, AI agents behind approval gates, cost-controlled LLM infrastructure, on-device speech assistants, and computer-vision systems for PPE compliance and licence plate recognition.
