At Ciments du Maroc (Heidelberg Materials), I built a kiln bearing monitor using 24 existing thermal channels. It distinguished a fouled cooling circuit from a failing bearing with zero false-alarm minutes over a 46-day blind replay.

I also designed PPE compliance that links each helmet to a tracked worker's head and abstains when it can't tell. It passed all 12 site scenarios, including helmets carried by hand or left on a shelf.

For the kiln preheater, I built a cyclone blockage early-warning and operator-advisory system using sensors the plant already records. On a confirmed blockage replay, it raised the alarm 5 hours 26 minutes before the kiln stopped, with zero false-alarm minutes over a 27-day blind replay.

My projects include Nassih, a spoken-Darija RAG assistant with cited answers, and an InvoiceFlow agent workflow with a human gate. I also built a RAG evaluation harness that catches quality regressions as a CI gate.
