I am looking for senior remote roles (US or APAC) where I can lead delivery, recover at-risk programs, scale teams, and implement PMO governance to improve speed-to-market and customer retention.

I am a senior program manager and delivery operator with 8+ years leading complex, multi-country software engagements across the USA, Korea, India, and Kazakhstan.

At the COO level I scaled delivery organizations to 45 professionals, restructured PM processes to cut time-to-launch by 24%, and drove 100% customer base growth through operational improvements.

I combine enterprise PMO governance (scope control, RAID, exec reporting) with hands-on product delivery experience — from payment migrations that improved first-purchase conversion by ~10 percentage points to mobile platform launches and construction CRM delivery that saved a client over $100K.
