What I'm looking for

I’m looking for freelance, written customer support work via email, tickets and chat. I prefer remote collaboration with international teams and am available to invoice as a freelancer, subject to an agreed contract setup.

I handled written customer service for a German e-commerce seller of refurbished electronics, supporting customers in German and English through tickets, email and marketplace messages. My work covered orders, delivery, returns, refunds, complaints and product-related issues across Refurbed, Amazon, eBay and other platforms.

At Learn+, Copenhagen, I created and managed written digital content and supported day-to-day operations using Canva and Wix. I’m looking for freelance written customer support work with international teams, handling email, tickets, chat or marketplace messages.
