What I'm looking for

I’m interested in remote or hybrid customer support and operations opportunities, and I’m comfortable with evening, night, and weekend shifts when required.

At “Korchma,” I managed day-to-day customer-facing operations and handled customer requests and complaints, working to resolve issues quickly.

I also coordinated tasks with colleagues and supported smooth service during busy periods, balancing customer service with operational tasks.

As a freelance online English tutor, I adapt one-to-one lessons to students’ levels and goals. I’m currently studying sociology at ELTE — Eötvös Loránd University and am interested in remote customer support and operations roles.
