At XclaimLabs, I lead end-to-end delivery across 17 products spanning enterprise SaaS, aviation, consumer marketplaces, and developer infrastructure.
I take products from concept to live deployment, creating PRDs, FRDs, feature specifications, roadmaps, user stories, wireframes, design briefs, and release notes while coordinating design, engineering, QA, and DevOps.
I led PulseConnect from its first FRD to launch in seven weeks, reaching 30+ organizations and 130+ active users at launch. I also shipped Quill in three to four weeks and took Sendvia through two versions to address Nigeria's DND delivery problem, supporting 10+ organizations and 11,000+ monthly messages.
Alongside product work, I provide near-daily managed IT support, including troubleshooting, helpdesk support, network administration, hardware triage, and staff onboarding. This operational perspective helps me build products grounded in how teams and customers actually work.
