I’m an IT and digital marketing professional with an MPhil in Computer Science and 3+ years of hands-on experience across data management, CRM systems, web development, and business operations. I’m known for bridging the gap between technical systems and business goals, turning complex processes into clear, measurable outcomes.

At Sky Blue Real Estate in Doha, I led digital marketing operations—driving SEO, social media, and paid campaigns—while owning the CRM database and client data records end to end. I grew daily inbound leads from 10–15 to 30–40+ by scaling targeted digital efforts, and I managed a CRM of 2,000+ client records with structured organisation and accurate data maintenance.

I also built digital infrastructure to improve speed and reliability, including designing and launching a centralised Google Drive system that replaced a manual WhatsApp-based retrieval process. To strengthen client acquisition, I planned and executed 200–300 Facebook Meta and Google ad campaigns, and I leveraged Property Finder to maximise listing visibility and improve lead quality.

Earlier, as a Remote Marketing & Technical Support Specialist, I established the organisation’s digital presence from scratch—building the website and SEO structure, implementing organised data entry/database systems, and delivering consistent remote technical support.
