What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role where I can apply analytical, customer-facing, and operational skills to deliver measurable results through reporting, process improvement, and effective team coordination.

I've managed daily operations and customer experience at Peace Court Hotel Ltd in Abuja since 2017, supporting approximately ₦60–100 million in annual revenue.

I lead and develop a multidisciplinary workforce of 60 employees while overseeing procurement, supplier relationships, inventory, staffing, budgeting, and operational reporting. I also serve as the escalation point for complex customer concerns across telephone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person channels.

I've introduced operational improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery, while building strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.

With a BSc in Information Technology & Business Information Systems and skills in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and PostgreSQL, I'm bringing my operational and analytical experience to a remote data-focused role.
