At Regus Holdings, I managed 120 remote accounts and 34 key accounts while building client relationships and supporting daily operations.

I've trained seven new hires across three organizations and bring experience in dispute resolution, account management, team coordination, trend analysis, and escalation management. I'm ready to bring this operational focus to a senior customer support, operations, or administration role.
