I am a seasoned technical leader with over a decade of experience building high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex software products across distributed and offshore teams. I lead strategy, architecture, and execution with a focus on reliability, cost-efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

At Oracle I led the delivery of an internal Generative AI platform and managed an 18-person engineering organization, partnering closely with Data Science and Product Management to onboard 50+ product teams quickly. Previously, I reduced infrastructure costs by about $300K/year at Bullhorn, migrated services from Heroku to AWS, and improved product stability through architecture reviews and tech-debt programs.

I bring hands-on technical experience in Java and Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle OCI), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD, and platform integrations (Salesforce).
