I’m a Product & QA Analyst with a Magíster en Analítica de Negocios (Universidad de Chile) and hands-on experience in SaaS B2B, focused on turning business needs into clear execution. In my current role at Captalog, I work across product operations and quality to keep releases stable and customer experience improving.

At Captalog, I participate in the full development cycle: I document user stories and acceptance criteria, run QA in weekly sprints, and report 200+ bugs across web and mobile. I also build dashboards and KPI tracking in Excel to give the product team visibility before each deployment—so decisions are guided by measurable impact.

I apply an analytics mindset to testing and prioritization. I use Python to support regression test work (automated where possible), and I collaborate directly with PMs and developers to align fixes to user impact. I’m comfortable working in structured agile workflows and tracking execution through tools like Linear and Basecamp.

Beyond operations, I strengthen my product decisions with machine learning and NLP projects. I built predictive models for customer satisfaction using marketplace data (Olist) and applied NLP to translate user comments into actionable drivers—work that aligns with how e-commerce platforms operate in contexts like Falabella.com. I’m available immediately and work well in a hybrid setup.
