At TotalEnergies EP Nigeria, I lead commercial negotiations for operated assets and have delivered corporate-level definitive agreements, including NLNG Train 7 Gas Sales Agreements, UBETA gas integration agreements, and long-term domestic gas supply contracts.

These transactions represent approximately US$3.3 billion in annual commercial value and required me to navigate joint-venture structures, regulatory approvals, government engagement, and Board-level sanction across multiple entities.

I've also helped structure and negotiate landmark flare gas commercialisation and carbon credit agreements, creating new commercial frameworks where market precedent did not exist. I bring cross-functional leadership across legal, finance, government relations, operations, regulators, commercial banks, ECAs, and international energy counterparties.

As an Alternate Director on the Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria Board and a member of AIEN's Nuclear and Renewable Energy Task Forces, I'm actively engaged in the energy transition. I'm completing a PhD in Development & Project Financing and bring executive education in strategic negotiations and managing turbulence.
