Implemented ServiceNow ITSM (on-prem) and led CMDB strategy including CI class/relationship design, reconciliation rules, and CSDM-aligned target-state architecture. Improved infrastructure/service operations by onboarding Discovery/MID Server data and established governance and continual service improvement; achieved 40% reduction in critical events and 15% application maintenance cost reduction.
