What I'm looking for

I seek an Infrastructure/Systems role focused on reliable operations, runbooks, incident/change management, hands-on field deployment, and collaboration with developers in a growth-oriented, process-driven team.

I am an IT-minded platform and field operations professional with hands-on experience in Windows and Linux basics, IP/DNS/DHCP fundamentals, SOP/runbook discipline, and strong stakeholder coordination. I have commissioned rugged data systems in the field and supported daily developer workflows remotely.

At EngageStat I ran daily stand-ups, maintained Jira workflows, translated stakeholder needs into clear tickets, and produced dashboards and status reports that improved decision cadence. In the field with Schlumberger I deployed and commissioned rugged data-acquisition units, executed safe shutdowns, validated networks and storage, and introduced a pre-flight checklist that reduced on-site turnaround on repeat jobs.

I bring a mixed background across infrastructure & ops, data tools, and vendor/project coordination, with skills in scripting (PowerShell/Bash), documentation (Confluence/Drive), and light data engineering and analytics.
