What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on infrastructure or IT management role where I can lead operations, improve reliability, mentor teams, and work with Linux, storage, virtualization, and networking in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am an experienced IT manager and systems administrator with a strong background in managing enterprise infrastructure, Linux server fleets, storage systems, networking, and user support. I have led teams and managed complex environments across on-premises and cloud systems.

My hands-on technical experience includes administration of 300+ Linux servers, 150+ storage systems (iSCSI & Fibre-Channel), Cisco/Juniper networking, virtualization platforms (VMware, oVirt, Hyper-V), Windows Server environments, and hardware diagnostics down to component level. I have also managed IT operations for multi-office setups, VPNs, and user permission systems.

I bring leadership in support management, practical electronics engineering experience from military service, and a proactive, organized approach to IT operations. I am fluent in English and native in Hebrew, and I adapt quickly to new technologies and high-pressure situations.
