What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue validating networking products, reproducing complex customer issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver reliable device experiences.

I've tested customer networking products at TELNET—SoftAtHome, including gateways, repeaters, and set-top boxes for major telecom clients such as Verizon and KPN.

For Verizon, I served as the primary on-site contact for escalated issues on WiFi 7 home gateway and extender systems. I reproduced customer-reported problems in the lab, analyzed logs, isolated WAN and routing root causes, and validated fixes before deployment.

I create and execute manual test plans for WAN connectivity, wireless, VoIP, QoS, performance, DHCP/DNS configuration, routing, and network security. I document reproducible defects in Jira and work closely with R&D, engineering, product teams, and client stakeholders to improve product quality.

Alongside manual validation, I've built a Jenkins-based solution to control CD-Router test plans and designed a test-analysis dashboard using Jira, JiraXRAY, Jenkins, REST APIs, and ELK.
