At Shakti E Solutions Private Limited, I coordinate a 10-member operations team and manage client and vendor workstreams. I monitor daily transaction activity and prepare operational reports.
I investigate transaction issues involving refunds, disputes, authorisations, reconciliation and exceptions. I also work with developers and business teams on wallet-balance anomalies, requirements, API integrations, testing and production support.
Earlier, at Saifaan Abhay Recharge Services Private Limited, I supported backend operations and digital payment processing. I’ve also built hands-on projects using AI agents, RAG, LLM workflows and automation tools to support transaction analysis and business knowledge workflows.
