I seek a hands-on Operational Excellence or Program Manager role to lead CI initiatives, build digital analytics (PowerBI/OEE), coach teams, and drive measurable efficiency gains in collaborative, data-driven manufacturing or supply chain environments.

I am an Operational Excellence professional with an engineering background and over seven years delivering data-driven improvement projects across pharmaceutical, FMCG and tech operations.

I led CI projects that boosted processing capacity from 3.5 to 4.5 batches per day, improved material usage variance by 30K GBP, raised solid-tablet yield to 99.2%, increased released batches from 60 to 80, and delivered serialization at >98% machine yield while developing site PowerBI dashboards.
