What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead ERP, SaaS, or AI product delivery where I can combine Agile project management, business analysis, requirements traceability, and hands-on quality coordination across cross-functional teams.

I've led ERP, SaaS, and AI-powered software delivery at NetRoots Technologies, Digixvalley, and Texagon, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and release-ready workflows.

At NetRoots, I delivered a customized ERP HR module for institutional stakeholders and maintained requirement-to-test traceability across ERP modules, achieving zero untested acceptance criteria at release. At Digixvalley, I managed delivery of an AI meeting assistant with recording, transcription, automated highlights, and actionable insights, with zero critical post-release defects.

I stay close to quality throughout delivery, coordinating manual smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and UAT validation while managing risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Earlier, I ran a custom interior design business with full P&L responsibility and managed projects totaling approximately PKR 30 million.
