I want to keep handling L2 application support, user training, and UAT—working closely with developers and infrastructure to fix root-cause issues and keep enterprise systems running smoothly.

I’ve been providing L2 application support for enterprise asset management systems like IBM Maximo, plus mobile apps for powerplant operators and technicians.

I run SQL queries for data validation and production issue analysis, handle incidents and access problems, and coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve root causes.

I also support end-user training and UAT for new features, and I maintain system documentation and operational procedures across daily powerplant operations.
