What I'm looking for

I’m interested in creating effective, learner-focused digital training content.

At FIELMANN ITALIA, I co-designed a national onboarding programme that transitioned classroom training to online learning combined with practical sessions.

I developed slides, exercises, role plays and quizzes with colleagues to support training objectives, and delivered training for new hires, teams and managers.

I gathered training needs through discussions with managers and observation in stores, then tailored learning interventions. I also worked with HR and operational leaders to review and improve training delivery.

My experience as an optician at FIELMANN ITALY gave me customer-facing operational context for later training programmes. I’m interested in creating effective, learner-focused digital training content.
